Follow these steps to ensure emails from support@whitecoatromance.net always arrive in your Apple Mail inbox on Mac.

Option 1: Add to Contacts

When a sender is in your Contacts, Apple Mail treats their emails as trusted.

1. Open the Contacts app on your Mac.
2. Click the + button and select New Contact.
3. Enter White Coat Romance as the name.
4. Enter support@whitecoatromance.net in the email field.
5. Click Done to save.

Option 2: Add from an Existing Email

If you already have an email from us in your inbox or junk folder:

1. Open the email from support@whitecoatromance.net in Apple Mail.
2. Hover over or click the sender's name or email address at the top of the message.
3. Select Add to Contacts from the dropdown menu.

Option 3: Create a Mail Rule

A mail rule can automatically move our emails to your inbox.

1. In Apple Mail, go to Mail > Settings (or Preferences).
2. Click the Rules tab.
3. Click Add Rule.
4. Set the description to White Coat Romance.
5. Set the condition to: From contains whitecoatromance.net.
6. Set the action to: Move Message to Inbox.
7. Click OK to save.

Already in Junk?

If one of our emails is in your Junk folder:

1. Open the Junk folder in Apple Mail.
2. Find the email from support@whitecoatromance.net.
3. Click Move to Inbox in the banner at the top, or right-click the email and select Move to > Inbox.
