Follow these steps to ensure emails from support@whitecoatromance.net always arrive in your Apple Mail inbox on Mac.
Option 1: Add to Contacts
When a sender is in your Contacts, Apple Mail treats their emails as trusted.
- Open the Contacts app on your Mac.
- Click the + button and select New Contact.
- Enter White Coat Romance as the name.
- Enter support@whitecoatromance.net in the email field.
- Click Done to save.
Option 2: Add from an Existing Email
If you already have an email from us in your inbox or junk folder:
- Open the email from support@whitecoatromance.net in Apple Mail.
- Hover over or click the sender's name or email address at the top of the message.
- Select Add to Contacts from the dropdown menu.
Option 3: Create a Mail Rule
A mail rule can automatically move our emails to your inbox.
- In Apple Mail, go to Mail > Settings (or Preferences).
- Click the Rules tab.
- Click Add Rule.
- Set the description to White Coat Romance.
- Set the condition to: From contains whitecoatromance.net.
- Set the action to: Move Message to Inbox.
- Click OK to save.
Already in Junk?
If one of our emails is in your Junk folder:
- Open the Junk folder in Apple Mail.
- Find the email from support@whitecoatromance.net.
- Click Move to Inbox in the banner at the top, or right-click the email and select Move to > Inbox.
