Follow these steps to ensure emails from support@whitecoatromance.net always arrive in your Gmail inbox.

Option 1: Add to Contacts

Adding our email address to your Google Contacts helps Gmail recognize it as a trusted sender.

1. Open Google Contacts in your browser.
2. Click Create contact.
3. Enter support@whitecoatromance.net in the email field.
4. Enter White Coat Romance as the name.
5. Click Save.

Option 2: Create a Filter

A Gmail filter ensures our emails are never sent to spam and always appear in your inbox.

1. Open Gmail and click the search options icon (the small arrow in the search bar).
2. In the From field, enter support@whitecoatromance.net.
3. Click Create filter.
4. Check Never send it to Spam.
5. Optionally, check Always mark it as important.
6. Click Create filter to save.

Already in Spam?

If one of our emails has already landed in your Spam folder:

1. Open the Spam folder in Gmail.
2. Find the email from support@whitecoatromance.net.
3. Open the email and click Report not spam at the top.
