Follow these steps to ensure emails from support@whitecoatromance.net always arrive in your iCloud Mail inbox.

Option 1: Add to Contacts

Adding our email to your iCloud Contacts helps iCloud Mail recognize it as a trusted sender.

1. Open iCloud Contacts in your browser.
2. Click the + button and select New Contact.
3. Enter White Coat Romance as the name.
4. Enter support@whitecoatromance.net in the email field.
5. Click Done to save.

Option 2: Create a Mail Rule

A mail rule in iCloud ensures our emails are always delivered to your inbox.

1. Open iCloud Mail in your browser.
2. Click the gear icon in the bottom left corner and select Rules.
3. Click Add a Rule.
4. Set the condition to: is from support@whitecoatromance.net.
5. Set the action to: Move to Inbox.
6. Click Done to save the rule.

Already in Junk?

If one of our emails is in your Junk folder:

1. Open the Junk folder in iCloud Mail.
2. Find the email from support@whitecoatromance.net.
3. Select the email, then click Move to Inbox (the folder icon at the top).
