Follow these steps to ensure emails from support@whitecoatromance.net always arrive in your Outlook.com or Hotmail inbox.

Option 1: Add to Safe Senders

The Safe Senders list tells Outlook.com to always deliver emails from a specific address to your inbox.

1. Open Outlook.com in your browser and sign in.
2. Click the gear icon in the top right corner, then select View all Outlook settings.
3. Go to Mail > Junk email.
4. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.
5. Enter whitecoatromance.net and press Enter.
6. Click Save.

Option 2: Add from an Existing Email

If you have an email from us in your Junk folder:

1. Open the Junk Email folder.
2. Find the email from support@whitecoatromance.net.
3. Right-click the email and select Mark as not junk (or select the email and click Not junk at the top).
4. Outlook.com will move it to your inbox and remember this preference.

Option 3: Create an Inbox Rule

An inbox rule can automatically ensure our emails always go to your inbox.

1. Click the gear icon > View all Outlook settings.
2. Go to Mail > Rules.
3. Click Add new rule.
4. Name the rule White Coat Romance.
5. Set the condition to: From contains whitecoatromance.net.
6. Set the action to: Move to Inbox.
7. Click Save.
